Aside from our custom work, we have also established a production line where we create smaller gifts like cutting boards, trivets, coasters, bottle openers, ornaments, and other handmade items. We have acquired a laser engraver to offer personalization on these products. In order to promote our custom services, we participate in various market festivals and craft shows to showcase these smaller items. These products can be purchased through our online store on our website or our newly opened Etsy store.
We have learned valuable lessons from this experience on efficiently arranging and taking down our display, as well as presenting our products on the table in a manner that catches the eye of potential customers while emphasizing clear pricing. It is very important for us to ensure access to a power supply for operating our laser engraver to customize products. It turns out people really enjoy the ability to personalize a product. Our product presentation techniques are constantly evolving as we introduce new items regularly and this brings a lot of excitement for the future
